  6. Database Audits Each tag is checked by # against the database for accuracy. When a discrepancy is found, the representative will notate the correct tag # on the database along with any additional information. When illegal services have been identified, the representative shall include all information concerning the unauthorized service on the database along with location and date of disconnect.
