FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST Ingredients: Eggs (fried or scrambled), bacon, sausages, fried bread, mushrooms, baked beans and tomatoes Today English people don’t eat the traditional full English breakfast because it isn’t healthy: too rich in fats and calories. Sometimes English people have it on Sundays, and they call it brunch (breakfast + lunch=brunch). Tourists can always eat it in B&Bs and Hotels. English people generally have a healthy breakfast in the morning such as milk, fruit juice, coffee, tea, croissant, toast with butter and marmalade or jam. Marmalade is made with citrus fruits.
