This document explores the ethical implications and challenges related to the non-implementation of social service standards for women enduring intimate partner violence (IPV). It highlights the recorded prevalence of IPV, the knowledge and usage of social services by affected women, and ongoing policy developments in violence against women (VAW). Despite an increase in reported IPV cases, there is low awareness regarding available services, leading to underutilization of crisis centers and helplines. The conclusions suggest a need for enhanced quality standards and effective communication to improve service accessibility.
