  6. eGovernment Act - implementation schedule • 1st July 2009 – eGovernment Act is going into effect, PILOT RUNNING of information system for electronic delivery (ISED) • 1st November 2009 – regular operation of ISED • 1st January 2010 – e-Invoicing via ISED – extending functionality of ISED - C2B , B2C, C2C, B2B • 1st July 2010 – all e-Documents via ISED -C2B , B2C, C2C, B2B

Basic registers – principles • four central basic registers as a reliable source of the most frequently used data in the public administration • aim: to share the data among public authorities in a safe and controlled manner via information system of basic registers • reference data in basic registers will be shared as accurate and up-to-date • citizens will no longer repeatedly provide the same data to different authorities • all authorities will have an access to the most accurate and up-to-date data • the most frequently used data in the public administration will be shared from one source • protection of citizen’s privacy – authorized access will ensure that only competent authorities will be able to use personal reference data

Basic registers of public administration • Register of inhabitants / residents • citizens of Czech Republic • foreigners with residence permit • third country citizens enlisted in primary registers • Register of persons • reference data on economic subjects in Czech Republic • legal persons, entrepreneurs , subsidiaries of state, subsidiaries of foreign legal persons • Register of geographical identification of addresses and • properties(RÚIAN) • localization identification data with reference to territorial bearing,metes-and-bounds real property,land parcels, etc. Register of rights and duties • primary register access privileges • rights and duties of natural and legal persons – if kept in public registers
