  3. Risk & Safety Management Leader to Students: 1: 15 in all outdoor activities 1:8 on all technical components Complete risk assessments PHEC, WFA & CPR trained staff Outdoor Certified Instructors

  5. KEY DATES Tuesday October 16th Payment for Camp - $3,400 cheque made payable to South Island School Consent Form - (SIS goes MaD Week 2012 - Year 7 Camp Indemnity Form) Student Medical Information and Contact Details Update Compulsory Medical Authorisation Form

Camp fees: What’s included • Programme instruction • All materials and equipment • Transportation on programme • Supplemental emergency insurance • All meals, snacks, drinks, except: • Day one, students must pack lunch • Tents and sleeping mats • Please bring own sleeping bags and personal items

  7. Monday October 22nd Secondary School Order Form for Overnight Camps Return directly to Treasure Island with payment Students will collect this on the day of arrival

  8. LOGISTICS Students should meet at the Outlying Ferry Pier (Pier 6) in Central on Monday 12th November. Houses B, C, K - Meet at 8:10 a.m. Houses M, N, S - Meet at 8:40 a.m. They should be dressed for camp, wearing their PE Uniform. We will return on Friday 16th November at 1pm and parents should arrange to collect the students from Pier 6, Outlying Ferry Pier, in Central.
