  3. Expert-Rating Agency Expert-Rating Agency is the biggest in Ukraine operator in the market of a voluntary gaining of the rating assessment. Regional researches by Agency are in demand among official circles. Since February 2006 Expert-Rating, relying only on public data, has assigned pi-liability ratings to 107 banks, pi-ratings of effectiveness to 53 investment funds, pi-ratings of investment attractiveness to 63 enterprises and pi-ratings of stability to 137 insurance companies. Individual ratings on national scale with further publication of rating reports in mass media have been assigned to four insurance and one re-insurance companies. Rating of investment attractiveness and credit rating were assigned to Mariupol city.
