  2. Training Objectives • Generate & Review MU Performance Measure Report • Generate & Review Clinical Quality Measure Report • Generate a Patient List through the Performance Measure Report

  3. Measures Eligible Professionals must meet: • 15 core objectives • 5 objectives out of 10 from menu set • 6 total Clinical Quality Measures (CQM) Hospitals must meet: • 14 core objectives • 5 objectives out of 10 from menu set • 15 CQMs

MU Reports • PCC Management Report • Eligible Professionals or Eligible Hospitals • Full or Summary Report • Follow report script, entering responses as needed • Identify Reporting period • RPMS Clinical Reporting System (CRS) • Eligible Professionals or Eligible Hospitals • Follow report script • Identify Reporting period • Select measures
