  12. Black Spot – damage Symptoms: Yellowing of leaves or tissue death Premature leaf drop General decline in the growth and vigor of the plant

  13. Botrytis – damage Symptoms: Brown plant tissue Blights bumps or cankers  Fruit or bulb rot or end rot

  14. Damping Off - damage Symptoms: appear water soaked and slimy. Sometimes mycelium can be seen on dew-covered grass in early morning. The dead tissue may mat together somewhat like paper-mache and form a crust over the soil surface.

  15. Mosaic Virus – damage Symptoms: Often these leaves will also be curled upward, or appear as if their growth has been stunted. Typically these leaves will have yellowish spot on them, adding to their mottled appearance. If cucumber fruits are affected they will vary in color from light green to dark green mottled areas and some which pale to white. Affected areas of the curcurbit family plants may also be covered with warts or alternately the skins may be have faded and be very white and smooth.
