  2. Problem Area Identified : Overheating of joints in electrical systems. Reasons Identified : Contact not 100% which increases resistance. Loosing of joint over a period of time. Uneven pressure both in crimping as well as thimble. Pressure is more near bolt and less as we approach edges. Oxidation in copper and aluminum further increases resistance. Overheating of Electrical Joints

  3. Performance requirement Solution should have following features It should be non sagging type suitable for vertical installations. Ideally it should have infinite life. It should have metal particles for enhance electrical conductivity. It should have very high temperature endurance and melting point. It should be anti oxidant and should prevent oxidation of metals. It should be in nozzle type dispenser so as to allow easy penetration. It should be resistant from outdoor conditions and chemicals. Product MSDS should be available to ensure safety.
