Overview of Integrated Data Transfer System (IDTS) for Student Performance and Retention

The Integrated Data Transfer System (IDTS) aims to enhance K-12 student performance and retention into college by delivering annual reports on first-year college performance to Oregon high schools. This initiative includes extracting student transcript data, providing it to community colleges and universities, and translating this data to EDI format. Key partnerships involve multiple high schools and ongoing projects with systems like eSIS and Pentamation. Regular meetings and communication strategies seek feedback and collaboration to improve data integration and support for students transitioning from high school to higher education.
