  2. FOLLOWING MEASURES ARE REQUIRED TO BE OPERATIVE ON 25 JULY • UK plan for frequency authorisation • Limitations on authorised spectrum use • Non duplication of terms in WT licences • Exemption from need for WT licence • Variation and revocation of WT licences (procedural changes)

  3. FOLLOWING MEASURES ARE REQUIRED TO BE OPERATIVE ON 25 JULY • Contraventions of conditions of use and prosecutions (procedural changes) • Appeals on proceedings for an offence • Definition of undue interference • Spectrum affected by general clauses on disputes and appeals

CONSULTATIONS TO BE UNDERTAKEN BEFORE JULY • Conditions for limitations on authorised spectrum use where the number of licences is constrained • affects existing licence classes open for business (e.g. fixed links, some private business radio) • affects new competitions as they arise (i.e. terms published in information memorandum) • Will demonstrate Frequency Authorisation Plan alongside limitations • Current consultation on disputes
