  2. Toghrul Asgarov (born on September 17, 1992, Ganja, Azerbaijan) is an Azerbaijani wrestler. He is an Olympic and European champion in Freestyle wrestling.

  3. TOGHRUL ASKEROV • He began wrestling in 2002 in Ganja with his personal trainer ElchinZeynalov. He used to do judo, but his trainer advised wrestling, because he’s very talented in this type of sport.

  4. In 2012 Summer Olympics Toghrul Asgarov won Olympic wrestling a gold medal in men's 60-kilogram freestyle. Askerov brought the Azerbaijani national team's first gold medal from Olympic Games in London.
