Investigating RAR and RelA Interaction Under Varying RA Concentrations

DESCRIPTION

This study explores the effects of retinoic acid (RA) concentrations (0.1 µM, 0.3 µM, 1 µM) on the interaction between retinoic acid receptors (RAR) and RelA. A variety of conditions were tested, including RA alone and in combination with AG at different concentrations (1 µM and 10 µM). The findings aim to provide insights into the modulatory roles of RA in gene expression regulation and inflammatory responses mediated by RAR and RelA.
