Password Change • Click on Password Change link • Reset admin password using this option Enter Password Retype Password Click on save
Trx. Entry Password change • Default transaction password is same as of live login password (a123456) • If you want to change this password of transaction, login live (admin/branch/client/sub-branch/group/) with this option Enter Password
Download rep.exe • Click on Save to download this file in any folder (Both rep.exe and csv files should be in same folder)
PLB Downloads • To update the task on live ,click on PLb Downloads
Customer Support or Help Desk Admin Login • Login live by admin • Default user id =sadmin • Password=a12345 • Window on next slide will open
Path for message c:\capexweb\message\common • Put message.msg file in this folder • If you want to show message to a particular branch then create a folder named: branch in c:\capexweb\message\ and put the message file in branch folder. Message file should be of .msg extension • If there is no file in common folder or branch folder, then message icon will not display on online softwate Message icon is not displayed here because there is no message file in common folder
