  2. Testimony of Equilibria Experience: As a Chevron Drilling Engineer I was seconded to Equilibria for six months starting in 2009. The six months were a great opportunity and provided a tremendous amount learning experiences that will benefit me for my entire career. The Equilibria team has a great amount of expertise, passion, integrity and work-ethic that allows them to handle any challenging situation or environment. During my six months I received a great amount of personal coaching that has allowed me to develop my leadership skills to influence effective communication, build trust and focus on team development within my workforce. The coaching that I received was in a variety of Chevron locations around the world, for instance Angola, Africa and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. These international experiences provided the opportunity to observe different cultural perspectives with relation to leadership skills and understand the operational barriers that exist within our different locations. As a secondee, I was also able to learn and understand their tools such as, E-Colors which have allowed me to better understand different personalities to increase motivation and communication as well as effectively mitigate risk. These tools that Equilbria offers have been a great success within the Chevron Drilling and Completions organization and have helped generate efficient, reliable and safe operations that exist today. My Equilibria experience has impacted me a great deal and I feel that Equilibria can help any individual or organization feel the benefits that I have felt. JeffWood Engineer - Thailand

  4. Opportunity to literally see the world, with an abundance of mentors helping you along the way, the best way that they know how leaning on the abundance of knowledge from their own experiences. Opportunity for six months to actually get the feel of working as a service partner not only by working with Equilibria but also by interacting with multiplicity of other service partners. Opportunity to observe people and the way they are perceived in an everyday working atmosphere really brought home the phrase that perception is reality. Exponential increase of cultural knowledge. The Secondee Program is a perfect example of a system that can actually see an individual, depending on where they are in respect to communication skills, start crawling, then walking, then riding with training wheels, of course with the whole Secondee Support Team holding on to the seat of the bicycle as the training wheels come off, always there with band-aids, neo-aspirin and the peroxide that burns after unforeseen proverbial bumps in the road of Clear Communication occur. Program Objectives • Develop, practice and demonstrate coaching, leadership and partnering • skills. • Obtain a full understanding of the E-Colors and how to champion their use. • Become proficient in understanding ¨SBU, client and business partner¨ • culture. • Learn to visibly use and coach how to interrupt unsafe acts or conditions. • Learn the benefits and then become competent in the use and delivery of • the E- Colors as a Communication Tool. • Become proficient in the use of the E-Colors as a Risk Management and Risk • Mitigation Tool. • Learn and apply the 11 Leadership Principles, coached by Equilibria. • Understand and utilize Equilibria´s mental models. Maintain a Coaching • Journal concerning the reflective experiences.
