  2. Definition of food • Material, usually of plant or animal origin, that contains or consists of essential body nutrients, such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, or minerals, and is ingested and assimilated by an organism to produce energy, stimulate growth, and maintain life.

  4. 4 Constructive things about food • Healthy food is good for your body. Which can lead into doing constructive things. • Food Gives you energy to do stuff like play sports, and anything your daily repritoire provides • Healthy food provides a better metabolism towards your body. Without foods and drinks we are going to dieand not get the everyday nutrients our body’s really need. • Food gives us the nutrients to grown and succeed our goals.

  5. 4 Destructive things about food • Junk food can make your body unhealthy. • Junk food can provide unneeded calories with can provide overeating and gaining access weight • Too much food is bad for the body. For example you can get cramps and stomach aches. • Alcohol can be so dangerous for a person’s body. • Food has a shelf life for example, when you don't put the left overs in the fridge, you might get sick if you eat the food.
