Style Guide • Attribution: “blah blah,” said (title first name) last name, other information • First time a person is mentioned – position or title plus first and last name Second plus time a person is mentioned - last name only • Never use said that, “blah blah.”; use said that students should “blah blah” (partial quote) • Do not use Mrs., Ms. Mr. etc.; use Dr. Gov., Rev., etc. • Making changes – may get rid of fillers (like, um, you know, and, etc.)
