What We Do 4 1 3 5 2 What We Do Food Project Mission The Minuteman Parent Association, along with Sustainable Arlington, seeks to support those in need of food by diverting end-of-day food from local bakeries, cafes and grocers and redistributing such food to non-profit organizations serving low income individuals and families in need, including students, the elderly and the physically challenged within local communities. In the first 10 months, it is estimated that the Food Project has re-distributed over $350,000 (6,000+ boxes) of bread, produce and other perishables to local non-profit organizations.
