Instructions • The Executive Gate Presentation is used to succinctly summarize and highlight critical aspects of the Post Launch Review Plan during a short presentation to the Gatekeepers. • The headings on each slide and the order of the slides are aligned with the Post Launch Review Plan . • Before the Post Launch Meeting: • The team must update Business Performance Metrics to reflect actual results from the launch and capture the learnings from this exercise. • The team must update the Project Specific Metrics to reflect actuals after launch and capture the learnings from this exercise. Delete this slide before submitting to Gatekeepers

  3. Instructions (continued) • The Post Launch Meeting is facilitated by the Process Manager. • The Process Manager will be responsible for sharing only the results from the Process Metrics Debrief that occurred 30 days after launch. • It is the responsibility of the team to share the actual results of the Business Performance Metrics and Project Specific Metrics, and key learnings with the Gatekeepers during the Post Launch Meeting.
