In August 2000, students from Norfolk High School attended the Lincoln Zoo School for an enriching experience. This unique program allowed students to explore wildlife education, conservation efforts, and animal habitats. Through hands-on activities and expert presentations, students gained a deeper understanding of ecology, the importance of biodiversity, and their role in protecting the environment. The visit aimed to inspire a passion for wildlife and encourage students to engage in conservation efforts both locally and globally.
