Grant Management Department Our mission "" • Based on a funding decision taken by the President of the ERC, after peer review evaluation of a call, Department C takes charge of the financial and contractual requirements, for the research to happen. • The Department is a service provider making sure that the PIs have the legal security and financial means to carry out their research in optimal conditions, keeping the administrative burden as low as possible.

Novelties in Grant management Financial novelties • Indirect costs from 20% to 25% (even for PoC) • Time-recording abolished for Researchers working 100% on project (but voluntary use is appreciated and recommended). • Not deductible VAT is eligible costs • Additional remuneration up to 8000 Euro/year/person working full-time exclusively in the action and limited to non-profit legal entities
