Enhancing Business Efficiency through Integrated IT Systems

This project explores the development and implementation of integrated IT systems to improve operational efficiency in Light Host Management. Initiated by three IT students in 2011, the project focuses on supply chain and customer relationship management systems. It addresses the limitations of existing sales and marketing processes by designing a simple system for better oversight. The project aims to assist the company in decision-making and service enhancement using Microsoft Access, and provides insights into functional and cross-functional processes with actionable conclusions.

  3. [Introduction] • Project overview. • Background. • started since 2011. • They are three IT student only.

  4. [Interview] • Information system used in Light Host • Supply Chain Management System • Customer Relationship Management • How above systems help the company.

[Functional Process] • Sales and marketing systems • Sales and marketing systems are efficient; the company uses an excellent sales system that allows the manager to monitor the sales operation. • but it did not show an overview of the operation so we create a simple system to solve this problem.

  6. [Cross-Functional Process] • Customer Management system • it allows the customer to login in specific side of the website to submit a support ticket and get the last news about the company. This process is efficient so no need to re-engineer it.

  7. [Project Objective ] • Create a small system to help the company in making decision and help it to improve the service. • The system will created using Microsoft Access. • It will contain a database that contains the general information about the system.
