  2. Summary When Tessa Gray crosses the ocean to live with her brother in England, she doesn't expect to be kidnapped by a demon and a warlock. She learns that she can change into another person at will. They force Tessa to marry a man named the Magister, who will stop at nothing to get her power. Luckily, she is saved by a shadowhunter, who takes her back to the London Institute. They promise to help find her brother if she uses her power to help them. Read Clockwork Angel to find out if Tessa finds her brother.

  3. E: Runes We looked at the shadowhunter runes, which are used in both The Infernal Devices series and the Mortal Instruments series, which both have shadowhunters in them. Then, we decorated our nails with them.
