  9. Next • Test drive the system in a test environment • Your previously submitted access request will be approved momentarily • You can invite others in your library to request access and approve them yourself

  10. Practice • We recommend • Set up your institution to test drive all 3 system components • Have 2 or 3 people register • Approve user registrations • Establish 3 Institutional Questions

  11. Practice • Enter 10 positions (5 through the Add New Position tab and 5 through the My Employees tab) • Choose representative and varied positions, types of employees and appointments, and events

  12. Next, Next • When you are done practicing, you can transition to the live system • Admin setup for real
