Focus of the study: • Germany‘s 20 largest cities (population over 300 000) • 150 interview per city • Office space: units predominantly used for the implementation of documentary or administrativ activities • Interviewees:managing directors, gerneral managers, facility managers or employees who could provide information about tenant conditions/design of contracts/locational factors of relevance to the rented office space www.hansjoergbach.de

Findings: • Tenant satisfaction influences change readiness • Tenants requirements are not always known • Tenants praise good transport links • Top locations: Dresden, Nuremberg, Berlin, Stuttgart • Costs influence satisfation but not change readiness • Flexibility and efficiency are important • Safety and business-friendliness are different features www.hansjoergbach.de
