  1. Volume 4 Issue: March 2009 From the President Dr. Thomas L. Dozier As we come to a close of another school year, we look back with appreciation of how good God has been. We’ve had the opportunity to welcome new students and continue our relationship with seasoned ministers. Thank you for the privilege to be a part of your spiritual growth and development. Graduation is just around the corner and a new beginning for GTCU is on the horizon. We anticipate completing our new facility in time to kick off our celebration with graduation. We are filled with excitement looking forward to what God will do. We encourage you to allow the blessings of partnership to overtake you. As a final thought, be cognizant of your remaining requirements. I challenge each of you to continue with the excellence in which you began this school year by remaining steadfast in all that you do as unto the Lord. An Author in our midst: Dr. Haynes TAMPA, Fla., Feb. 5, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Learn about the importance of youth to the church and community, and the necessity to make them a priority. This is the moral lesson that drives an engaging discussion in Family Worship: Reaching All Who Attend, a new book authored by Dr. Chonta T.A. Haynes. Family Worship is a compilation that addresses Biblical responsibility, advantages and disadvantages as well as suggestions on how to reach every member in the congregation with the Word of God. This book is one that can be used as a reference for setting up a youth ministry, improving on an established youth ministry in addition to incorporating unique ideas into sermonic presentations that will encourage application by even the youngest members. The book is available thru Xlibris, Barnes & Noble, Borders and Amazon. Dr. Haynes has books available for $15.00.
