Conveyer Path Design Update: Material Access Door Clearance Consideration

The corridor width will be increased but not yet implemented fully. Following the facility layout and considering a margin of 10 cm on each side, the conveyer path is defined, except for the area surrounding the material access door (MAD) where equipment up to 1200 mm must pass. This critical passage determines the maximum dimensions of the transporter and rack support. Please adhere to the specified requirements to prevent issues with conveyer and rack support width.

  1. Corridor widthwillbeincreased but not doneyet. Please take as it is (as worst case)

  2. According to what you can find on the dwg, here it is the allowed conveyer path. (taking 10 cm of margin on each side with respect to the facility layout), except at the location surrounded in red here. At this specific location, we have a material access door (MAD) where we know that maximum dimensions of equipment that can pass through is 1200 mm Therefore this the critical passage of the full path and we don’t take margin there otherwise the conveyer+ rack support width will be too small. N.B: The larger equipment to be transported is 1*1 m. For this reason the max dimensions of the transporter + rack support are as mentioned in the mail.
