WHAT DO THEY SAY ABOUT PRIVACY: • ’’Privacy is the claim of an individual to assure himself when, in which way and to what extend the informations about them can be shared with others.’’ - Alan F. Westin (1967) • ’’Privacy is some kind of a social rule that is also the question of the past.’’ - Mark Zuckerberg • If privacy is not protected by the law, then it will be possessed by people who are only above the law.

  5. NATIONAL LAW: • Constitution of Montenegro from the protection of personal data shall be guaranteed. It is prohibited to use personal data for purposes other than those for which they werecollected. Everyone shall have the right to be informed about the personal data collected about him orher and the right to court protection in case of abuse.’’ • Personal Data Protection Law from 2008
