Analysis of Normalized Intensity Values in Cardiac Function and Ion Channel Regulation

This study explores the normalized intensity values associated with various biomarkers and signaling pathways in cardiac tissues, including ANF, BNP, and several ion channels like Kcnj3 and Kcnj5. Our analysis focuses on the role of G proteins, RGS proteins, and other related genes (such as Prkcε and Itpr1) in cardiac muscle regulation. By examining the differences in expression levels across left atrial and left ventricular samples, this research aims to provide insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying cardiac function and their implications in cardiovascular diseases.
