  1. Project Overview Scalar Power Project New Energy Makers Association, LLC Prof. Stephen B. Palmer

  2. Project Goals • To Produce Sustainable Electric Power • To Integrate Scalar with other power nodes such as solar, wind, wave and EM • To have scalar energy (ZPE) systems fully operational in less than 5 years.

  3. Description • The project includes advancements in the Bedini/Kron Negative Resistor, Specialty Absolute Capacitors, Tesla Grounding, and Selective Relaxation Semiconductor wires. • Anti-Theft Assembly and tracking device for primary scalar circuit. -for more info… See List of research documents, proof of concept documents and videos.

  4. Competitive Analysis • Competitors - Dr. Tom Bearden, Dr. Tom Velone, Dr. Bedini, Dr. Petersen, Dr. Sakalov, Dr. Searles, John K. Hutchison • Strengths • Multi-disciplinarian approach to complex solutions • Weaknesses • Our works are un-published

  5. Competitive Analysis, Cont. • Competitors • Unitary Challenges in specific aspects of ZPE, members of Scientific Groups in Physics and Mathematics. Basis group for scalar research. • Lack of Funding, and unable to break or change laws prohibiting their technology in the US and its allies in Petrochemicals. -

  6. Technology • New technology being used • Scalar Circuits • Standards being adopted • Illegal to develop this technology due to National Security and other legal constraints • Standards specifically being ignored • 16 of the 20 Maxwell formulas and variables in the original Maxwell theories of thermodynamics and scalar electrodynamics; ZPE Scalar component; Co-efficient of Production in excess of one; Allowable Perpetual Motion; Aharonov-Bohm effects of open asymmetrical systems. Truth no longer a teaching at Universities in Electrodynamics and Thermodynamics; Scalar Quantum Dynamics not a part of the Educational System in the Western Countries.

  7. Team Resources • Resources allocated to this project • Prof. Stephen B. Palmer, Esq. • Co-operation of Dr. Tom Bearden, Dr. Tom Velone (US Patent Office), Dr. Holger Nielsen, Niels Bohr Institute, U. of Copenhagen. • Staff of the University of Quantum Dynamics and Progressive University • No funding currently available.

  8. Procedures • Research in the relaxation time of semiconductor wires (Materials Applied Chemistry & Physics), Research in photo-multiplied capacitor materials. • The benefit of the relaxation time is to obtain a 1/120th second semi-conductor for the timing circuit balance required for a “Potential Only” gradient, thus employing only the scalar component from the negatron circuit, which drives the loads and losses as kinetic energy. The photo multiplied capacitor increases the activity and potentiality of the photon/electron group, thereby “Pushing” the output and “Pulling” the ZPE from the active vacuum. -for more info… See: Bearden Documents, Bedini Documents, Whittaker and Maxwell.

  9. Schedule • No schedule for initiating or completing the required research and final development until funding is located and in place, and a suitable location is found to develop this technology.

  10. Current Status • Top Dead Center until funding and location is located; and • Research Assistant Vincent Mingshing Wu is brought to location from China.

  11. Related Documents • Marketing plan • In that system is not complete, pricing and marketing has not been planned. • Budget • Estimated Budget in R&D for wires and capacitor development could be as low as $600,000 and as high as $3 million depending on how much equipment is rented and how much raw material is ordered. • Supporting Documents and People: The Distinguished American Scientists articles, the Union of Concerned Scientists documents, the Orion Project and the former Soviet Scientists. • Submit questions to: • Prof.sb.palmer@uqd.org
