External review (3.1 and 3.2) Report on conclusions re CEO/EO’s concerns (3.8) CEO/EO decides (3.10) • Disciplinary Hearing within the remit of the CEO/EO • Issue for VEC to consider No further action – matter concluded. • Notice of proposed sanction, if any: • censure • deferral of an increment • withdrawal of an increment(s) • fixed-time/purpose suspension with pay • fixed-time/purpose suspension without pay • dismissal (4.6) Appeal (5.1) and Appendix Recommendation Decision Implementation
