  2. Designing and developing the online help for the users of the in-house application TIE Project Goal TIE is a web-based application that allows Airbus managers to manage all the transnational, and national Research&Development projects throughout the whole project cycle.

Designing an overall conceptual model that lies underneath each online help module The Result: an Online Help Designed for Different User Types • Developing user group specific online help modules that focus only on the information needed by the specific group • Developing a global online help module, designed as common information pool
