  3. About Me • Lauren Launius • Graduated from Camden Fairview in 2003 • Graduated from UAM in 2007 with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education • Graduated with my Masters in Reading and Math 2013

  4. General Expectations • High Expectations for Individuals • Positive Attitude • Proper Manners • Good Decisions

  5. Practice Expectations • Have appropriate clothing for practice • Shoes, Socks, Shorts, T-shirt, and Sports Bra • Have a ponytail holder • No Jewelry • I will not hold it! Bring a bag or something to put it in! • NO GUM or CANDY--- • NO CELL PHONES use AT ALL until practice is dismissed!

  6. Function Expectations • Correctly Dress • Shoes, Uniform, Crop, Ribbon, and spandex • Hair completely pulled back and secure before arriving! • NO Jewelry---again I will not hold it! • NO CELL PHONES until after event is OVER!!!! • Remove all colored nail polish

  7. Sideline Expectations • NO excessive talking • Hand remain behind your back unless you are cheering or spiriting • Be ready for cheers and spirit after EVERY cheer. • Be back before the new timer starts! • One person out of line at a time!

  8. Other Expectations • No visible tattoos • ABSOLULTEY NO PUBLIC DISPLAY OF AFFECTION!!!! • Follow all school rules • BE RESPECTFUL AT ALL TIMES!!!!

Consequences • ‘Good Habits Cards” • Matthew A Johnson “Positive Parenting with a Plan” • Demerits will be given along with Good Habit Cards • Offenses may result in a discipline referral or administrative action • A cheerleader who accumulates 10demerits will be dismissed from the squad. • Run off up to 4 demerits • Any cheerleader dismissed from the squad due to accumulation of demerits, or any cheerleader who forfeits his/her position on the squad for any reason will not be allowed to attend clinics for the following school year.

  10. Calendar • March: 12 & 13: 3:30-5:30 • March: 14 Showcase for clinics 3:45-approx. 7 • April: we will begin practice after testing is over. Around April 14th • June and July tumbling are on your own. Classes are strongly advised. • June: 1-4. MANDATORY • June: Tuesday and Wednesday • Time TBA (probably 12:30-2:30pm) • NO PRACTICE June 16th – June 27th • August: 4th Monday-Thursday 8-10am • August: stunt clinic-To be announced

  11. PaymentALL PAYMENTS MUST BE A CHECK!!!! Due April 21st: $50.00 for Camp Deposit Due May 19th: Rest of camp money Camp clothes Due by August 4th: Total of Varsity clothes order • Camp: $350.00 • Stunt Camp ($35) • Camp Clothes: $175.00 • Miscellaneous items: $300.00 • Weekly Stunt and Tumble: $45.00 (monthly)
