API RBI Project Update • User Group Membership • 48 companies • 16 companies outside North America • 7 multi-national companies • Industries: Petrochemical, Chemical, Production/Gas Plant facilities, Pharmaceuticals and consulting/service companies • Latest software release • Simplified navigation • Improved inspection planning • Improved reporting • Improved IT support for PC & network installation • Working on dynamic links with other software

API 581 Publication • User Group responsible to publish 2nd edition • API 581 Rewrite and Ballot Status • API 581 2nd Edition – (3 Parts) • Part 1 – Inspection Planning Using API RBI Technology (includes PRDs and Bundles) • Part 2 –Probability of Failure Analysis in an API RBI Assessment • Part 3 –Consequence Analysis in an API RBI Assessment • Ballot of 581 is complete. • Target 2nd edition publication is summer 2008 • Action list of unresolved ballot comments has been prioritized and turned over to the API 581 Task Group • 581 Task Group officially started this meeting chaired by Ken Gottselig • 581 Task Group charged to publish 3rd edition in 2013

International Acceptance of API RBI • Lead international exposure with API 581 technology. • ESOPE (European Symposium on Pressure Equipment) 2007 – API booth and (2) RBI related papers presented • Planning European RBI event in October 2008 in Milan • User Group Member meeting, including European, Asian and Middle East markets • Open meeting about 581 Technology • Training course • Identifying international venues for inspection planning through member companies
