Overview • BullBerry Systems provides GIS based map solutions based on ESRI Technology • BullBerry has been an ESRI technology partner since 1999, working with all of their technologies • BullBerry mapping provides responder routing for cell phone and land line 911 calls • Routing uses GIS layers to enable routing on the fly regardless of responder location (c) 2008 BullBerry Systems, Inc.

Applications • R3 Dispatch was introduced to ND in 1999 and at present, 12 counties are using either R3 or BullBerry Insight. • In November of 2007, BullBerry Insight was introduced as the BullBerry mobile application • In December of 2007, BullBerry Insight Dispatch was introduced and at this time we have 18 users of BullBerry Insight • BullBerry Insight was developed using components that we also provide to CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) developers if they wish to embed our application into their solution. Background • BBSI has worked with counties throughout the US to build 911 data files and provide dispatch and mobile mapping software • Presently, BBSI has installations and created GIS data for 911 agencies from Idaho in the West to New York in the East and South Carolina in the south. At this point, we have over 130 direct clients and a number of resellers. • The software is designed to work with or without CAD and we have numerous CAD Companies that work with our software. • BullBerry Mapping software is compliant with all 911 call answering equipment. • BullBerry Mapping is also highly integrated with Emergency Notification Systems. Background • CAD products typically do not have a robust map as part of their solution. • The primary purpose of CAD is to provide dispatchers with critical information about responders and callers, so the map , in most CAD designs becomes very secondary. • During the dispatch process, a well designed Mapping application visually provides a high level of computer aided dispatch • Our mapping software has a large number of functions that most CAD products will not address, because CAD Companies, typically, do not have a strong GIS background • The map provides visual information that a CAD system maintains in a database (c) 2008 BullBerry Systems, Inc.

GIS and 911 • BullBerry Systems supports a seamless map for North Dakota and can be counted on to work toward that ideal goal • Our mapping application will run extremely well with commercial map data if that is a desired starting point, this will allow a cost effective method of building a GIS data set • The BullBerry R3 software that is in place can be easily upgraded to the new BullBerry Insight platform and that process is very cost effective, saving the state agency or county a minimum 40% of new product cost • BullBerry will work with capable survey engineers and GIS organizations to create a 911 GIS data set that will effectively support our mapping software • BullBerry is first and foremost a 911 mapping company and will work with any local GIS resource to build the proper data (c) 2008 BullBerry Systems, Inc.
