  1. Galway Yoga Green Lotus has been training yoga teachers in Ireland. Many of my new students often do not know what to expect in a Yoga class or have general misconceptions about Yoga. This is not surprising as Yoga is often misunderstood. The school is recognised and registered as a Yoga training school with Yoga Alliance. The style of yoga taught on the trainings is Vinyasa with a strong alignment/anatomical orientation.

  2. Naturally, the only way that you'll get good at yoga is to attend yoga classes. If you've never tried yoga before and would like to find out how to get started, yoga classes are a great way to motivate you to learn. You don't need experience before you start yoga classes. Yoga Galway
