This project focuses on developing a Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training, consisting of 8 units, aimed at engaging employers throughout the learning process. Key outputs include session plans, learning resources, and an e-learning platform via FUSE. The initiative incorporates webinars, video recordings of best practices, and a comprehensive bank of resources designed to boost staff confidence and improve engagement with both employers and learners. The goal is to foster strong relationships, increase timely completion rates, and enhance learner progression.
