Plant Background … Basic Introduction • Zhongshan Plant set up in 1995 as a joint venture company and put into production from 1996. • It’s a 100% German holding company from 2003 • By now, Total Investment: 31,420,000 US $ • Registered Capital: 18,420,000 US $ • Investment Shares: 100% ThyssenKrupp Elevator AG • Factory Area Complete: 36,300 m2 • Workshop Area: 10,000 m2 • Manpower: 365 (Updated on Sep.30, 09)

  4. Factory Manufacture Equipments • Wiedemann CNC turret punch press machine (USA) • Mubea punch machine (Germany) • Haemmerle 3-point bending machine (Switzerland) • Jean Perrot Industries bending machine 2530 (France)

  5. Factory Manufacture Equipments • ESD Compliances Electrical Workshop with an area of 781m2 and a total investment of RMB 1.06 million can increase the production capacity to 10,000 units/year • Controllers are Functional tested by simulator and Insulation-resistance tester

Plant Background … History •  1995, Zhongshan Plant set up •  1996, the first elevator contracted •  1999 , Thyssen and Krupp merge •  2000, company 's name changed to Thyssen Elevators Co., Ltd. •  2000, passed the ISO9001 & ISO14001 •  2002, TE-Evolution new product was released •  1997, after the transfer of rights, Zhongshan Elevator & Industrial companies and ThyssenAufzüge own the corporate interests with 20% and 80% respectively •  2003, TE-HP61 & Decentralized MC3 control box were released •  2003, ThyssenKrupp Elevator AG holding interests share 100% •  2004, passed the CWB • 2005, increase the registered capital to $18.42 million • 2006, passed OHSAS18001 • 2007, increase the registered capital to $31.68 million • 2009, new electrical workshop was set up with an area of 781m2 and a total investment of RMB 1.06 million
