    From 2001 to Nov. 2012 Agenzia del Territoriowas responsible in Italy for the management of CADASTRE, LAND REGISTERS and the REAL ESTATE MARKET MONITORING SYSTEM As from the 1st Dec. 2012 Agenzia del Territoriowas incorporated in Agenzia delle Entrate, the Italian revenue agency This was part of a set of measures aimed at a public spending review The merging process is going to be completed by the end of 2015 The Agency, autonomous from an organizational, administrative and financial point of view, acts under the supervision of the Ministry of Economy and Finance

    REAL ESTATE INFORMATION SYSTEM LAND REGISTERS real estate rights and mortgages CADASTRE and CARTOGRAPHY REAL ESTATE MARKET MONITORING SYSTEM LAND (rural areas) BUILDINGS (urban areas) CARTOGRAPHY By registering real estate deeds, it manages the information about the transfer of real estate rights and about the mortgages enrolment. It shows the technical characteristics of the objects and the holders of real estate rights (not for legal evidence). It gives the values used for taxation purposes. It collects and processes information from real estate market and continuously shows the real estate values trend.
