In GCI, we are on a transformative journey of mentoring young leaders, participating with Jesus in his ministry to seek the lost, nurture believers, equip workers, and multiply leaders and churches. Mentoring acts as a vital tool in this mission, fostering deep relationships characterized by familial love and focused life-on-life processes. Through combined stories and experiences, like those of Ted and Anthony, we explore the impact of mentoring in business and church settings, and how programs like the Pastoral Internship equip emerging leaders for the future.
