Install “CA Call Account System” into Web server PC -1/2 Start by double click Microsoft .NET Framework Installation UltiDev Cassini Web Server Explorer Installation Packed in installer “Call Account System” Installation 1/2 In case of some application is necessary (like “Microsoft .NET Framework”) to be installed in Web Server PC, its installation is started by web access (Microsoft up-date) automatically.   6. 3. Set-up “CA Call Account System” for RS-232C connection PBX System SMDR SMDR Format: Type A (without call charge information) only 1. Select RS232C 2. Press “Modify” button 3. SMDR Type A

Press “Add” button “Port” & “SMDR Password” are matched to SMDR LAN setting of PBX System 3. NOTE: TDE & NCP only TDA does not support the protocol of SMDR

  13. 6. Other Features (Emergency Call Alert) In case of Assigned Emergency Number is recorded on SMDR, Emergency Call Alert screen is pop-up. Pop-up Emergency Call Alert Setting Screen Emergency Number Assignment This feature is on Web Server PC side.

  14. 6. Other Features (Wake-up Call Alert) In case of No Answer is recorded against Timed Reminder on SMDR, Wake-up Call Alert screen is pop-up. Pop-up Timed Reminder/No Answer Wake-up Call Alert Setting Screen This feature is on Web Server PC side.

  15. 7. Notice Call history (SMDR) of PBX is saved in Web Server PC Side. Web client user can see the call history through Web browser. SMDR type assigned in PBX has to be "Type A (without call charge information)". SMDR date format (like MM-DD-YY) assigned in PBX and this server has to be same. Charge rate and currency has to be assigned before connecting PBX. Charge is calculated when call information is sent from PBX. Call Accounting System is Free up to June 2009.
