  3. UKFRT 621 & 622 • Single Channel Tx • United Kingdom Fixed Radio Transmitter • 621 – VHF (117 – 137 MHz) low power 20 Watts • 622 – UHF (225 – 400 MHz) low power 20 Watts

  4. UKFRT 623 & 624 • Single Channel Transmitters with 100 Watt Amplifiers attached. • Improves range to approx 60 miles

  5. Single Channel Disadvantages • Time consuming to set up • Transmitter subject to valve aging • Restricted to one frequency • Prone to tripping

  9. The equipment can be operated locally • By the use of a plug in hand held mic. for TX. • By the use of earphone headset for RX.

  10. The TX & RX equipment can be operated remotely. • By the use of BT lines for Audio. • By the use of BT lines and or Data link for frequency selection.
