EVALUACIÓN Y ACREDITACIÓN Algunos representantes gremiales del sector han cuestionado las medidas de regulación en materia de calidad, y han promovido una interpretación de la Ley, a nuestro juicio errónea, en el sentido de que la calidad es voluntaria, que las instituciones deciden si ofrecen educación de calidad o no,cuando lo que establece la ley es que lo voluntario es la excelencia y no la calidad misma.
