  7. P/C TACKIE LEE What happened: • Vessel sank IVO Pouslbo, WA • 25 gallons of gasoline onboard Significance: • A sheen developed IVO of the vessel, 5 gallons discharged • Owner financially incapable of responding • OSLTF opened, contractor hired

  8. P/C SAINT MARY What happened: • Vessel sank IVO Shaw Island • 55 gallons of diesel onboard Significance: • A sheen developed IVO the vessel; 15 gallons discharged • Owner financially incapable of responding • OSLTF opened, contractor hired

M/V DELANCO What happened: • Vessel lost propulsion, then grounded IVO Apple Cove Point, WA • Refloated with the tide, then lost power 2 hrs later • Taken in tow by CGC SEA LION, then by contractors to Port Townsend Significance: • 300 gallons onboard • Bad weather, vessel headed towards ground • Owner financially incapable of hiring tugs • OSLTF opened

  10. F/V SAMPSON INC NO.1 What happened: • Vessel TOW in La Push, WA • Contractors hired to remove all petroleum products Significance: • 1,620 gallons of diesel onboard • Due to owner inaction and worsening weather, OSLTF opened
