N Street Landfill Between 26th & 28th Street National City, CA 91950 37-CR-0052 1 1 2 A mattress was observed under the palm tree located along the southeast side of the site which is in close proximity to where a brush fire had occurred in 2011. Photo #1 was taken looking southeast. It appears the adjoining residence(s) are dumping grass clipping onto the southwest corner of the site. A pile of burnt material (paper & plastic) wasobserved mixed into the grass clippings as seen with an arrow. A few residences have gates installed on the fence that can allow access onto the site. N Street Landfill Between 26th & 28th Street National City, CA 91950 37-CR-0052 3 4 A pile of grass clipping was adjacent to the southwest perimeter fence and had been spread out over a 80 foot area. Photo #3 was taken looking southwest. Significant vegetation has grown around the site for drainage and erosion control. Vector activity around the site has been significantly reduced around the site since the previous LEA inspection. Photo #4 was taken looking southwest.
