Phase 1.2 Construction • Houston to Commerce • Concrete pours for channel bottom and walls • 8-inch waterline installation under Commerce Street bridge • Concrete pours for bridge rail curb and terminal ends • Commerce to Dolorosa • Concrete pours for building underpinning • Drilled shaft installation • Dolorosa to Nueva • Drilled shaft installation • Commerce Street Bridge
