This document outlines the essential steps and guidelines for submitting grant applications through the ORSP. It covers internal and external routing processes, communication with project officers, required documentation, and obtaining necessary approvals from relevant authorities. Key considerations include budget preparation, compliance with federal and non-federal guidelines, and contact information for specialized offices. Ensure the involvement of human subjects, animal research protocols, and adherence to safety regulations. Proper routing and approvals are crucial for successful grant submissions.
