  2. BHP 7700RD TANK IMPROVEMENTS This gap was enlarged and the suction was increased. This reduced the possibility of bubbles and dirt traveling with the film to pass over the aperture. This roller was moved out of the fluid to reduce agitation and bubble creation. These new squeegees seal the path of the film and block bubbles and dirt. The tank replenishment flow has been rerouted to flow over the optical block. This highly filtered fluid blocks the entry of bubbles into the print area. These rollers create a flow pattern in the fluid that carries bubbles to the surface of the tank.

  3. BHP 7700RD DRYING IMPROVEMENTS Two sets of high precision Air Knives were added for each film path. These knives deliver a heated sheet of air that strips the PERK from the film. New squeegees were introduced. They are more resilient and do a better job of removing PERK with less force.

  4. BHP 7700RD DRYING IMPROVEMENTS (Continued) The Drying Tower was redesigned to simplify threading and efficiency. Additionally, a new brushless blower motor was specified. This blower has a much greater service life as well as being significantly quieter.
