B2B Client Portal • NetSuite integration begins with the B2B Client Portal! • Client is provided information to login through our website. • Logging into the Client Portal brings you to the Dashboard. • Any client or B2BGateway alerts will be listed here. • The client can view the status of their current setups.

B2B Client Portal • Selecting Company Info allows the client to enter or edit all of their required information. • A B2BGateway Support Engineer will be assigned to every client as the client’s first point of contact. • Any updates or necessary information will be available by clicking “Check Status Reports”

  7. B2B Client Portal • Once the client has added their own information, they will need to add their Trading Partners to the system. • Trading Partners can be selected from a dropdown list. • If not in the list, client can Request New Trading Partner, adding company and contact information.

B2B Client Portal • Selecting the Integration tab from the Client Portal provides direct NetSuite integration. • Enter NetSuite Account information, then Test Connection. • A popup will confirm connection to NetSuite has been established. • Inbound files will now import into NetSuite in Real Time. • Outbound files will be extracted using our scheduling tool.

B2B Client Portal • B2BGateway’s scheduling tool is simple to use… • Clicking Schedule will allow you to view all current events. • To add a new event, click “Add Scheduled Task”. • Data extractions can be scheduled for any document, any day and at any time! • The extraction can be scheduled to happen daily, hourly or by the minute.
