  5. Steps of making pastry 1.Sieve the flour , prepare the butter 2.Cut the fat into small pieces .rub into the flour with finger tips ,until like fine breadcrumbs. 3.Mix with the water. 4.Knead into a dough. 5.Flour the table and roll the dough into 2-3mm thick pieces. 6.Use as desire.
